It all started with music as a young percussion player organizing many events in my at my hometown plaza, school and the beach . It requires dedication, coordination, teamwork, synchronization, harmony, and passion.

My event planning duties for the military, traveling to work at U.S. embassies in South America. Also the coordinating of training and formal events for many years. The sense of urgency and attention to details is a natural instinct to me as a U.S. Army Infantry Airborne Ranger soldier and having had participated in many special operations around the world for 20 years.

The transition from military to civilian life was easy due to my sales marketing part time job since the launch of the Apple Computer in California. In mid 80's, I was representing Apple Computers and other electronic manufacturers in California and that was followed by similar work in Panama, Central America and the Caribbean, NY, NJ, DE, PA, MD, and finally now in San Antonio, Texas. At this time, I am representing Mitsubishi, Whirlpool, Maytag, Waterford and more in various sales events in Texas. Currently responsible for approximately 4 million dollars in sales events a year to include Bisli Event Services.

My education is always ongoing. Due to the nature of traveling, most of my college and universities credit courses that I have completed around the world have expired. Regardless of the difficulty, I was able to earn a Business Administration Degree at the University of Delaware and continue with many more courses, seminars and conventions on the Hospitality Industry and other Business fields. The Association of Bridal Consultants programs provided me all the information needed to get started and become successful in this business. ABC courses and seminars are also periodically updated to reflect changes in our industry. I was a member of The International Special Event Society (ISES) in their founding chapter in Philadelphia and currently a member of The National Association of Catering Executives ( NACE) in the Alamo chapter in San Antonio. By completing all the requirements with the Association of Bridal Consultants (ABC) I earned the designation of Professional Bridal Consultant™. My experience with weddings with Bisli is for approximately 16 years .

Of course, none of my accomplishments can be done without the support and love of my lovely wife Bisli and our two sons, Pablo & Ramon.
